Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and manage client relationships by offering financial products, including life insurance, annuities, MYGAs, IRAs, and ESAs.
- Generate new leads and close sales using personalized strategies.
- Recommend financial solutions tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to explain products and services.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team members for ongoing training and development.
- Meet sales goals and grow client base independently.
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong work ethic.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and offer personalized solutions.
- Valid life insurance and financial product sales licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
